HSCS Tentative Fundraising Plan 2007/2008

 

September –School Raffle

Price is $120.00 per ticket.  There will be three drawings done each month for eight months starting in October 2007 and ending in May 2008. 

 

The three drawings will be distributed as follows:

·        One drawing for $400.00

·        One drawing for $200.00

·        One drawing for $150.00

 

A minimum of 100 raffle tickets must be sold.   A maximum of 150.00 tickets can be sold.  If more tickets are sold, than the drawing amounts will increase based on sales.

Kick off in May 2007.

 

October -     PTC Fundraiser – Sally Foster gift wrap/gift items/cookie dough

 

November – Book Fair and Wreath Fundraiser – 4th, 5th and 6th Grade

 

December – “Keep Christ in Christmas” magnets

 

January –     Prepare for Auction

 

February –   18th Annual HSCS Auction, February 2, 2008

 

March –       Crusader Basketball Tournament

 

April -          Spell-a-thon and Book Fair

 

May -          End of year Barbeque
