JEANNE TYSON - KINDERGARTEN - Jeanne Tyson is the new kindergarten teacher at Holy Spirit Catholic School. Jeanne was born in Saint Louis, Missouri. She is a graduate of Annunciation Elementary and Ursuline Academy High School. Jeanne graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She moved to Pocatello in 1985 for the smaller community atmosphere and the availability of recreational activities. Jeanne is a veteran teacher of Pocatello School District 25. Jeanne is married to Scott Tyson, a counselor at Century High School. They have two daughters, Madison is a third grader at Holy Spirit and Megan is in junior high, also an alumni of Holy Spirit. The family is very active camping, skiing, climbing and fishing together. They also spend their time taking care of their many pets: a dog, cats, horses, bunnies, fish and one turtle name Zippity. Jeanne is looking forward to the many rewards of teaching early learners. She enjoys the high energy level and the enthusiasm that young learners bring to the classroom. |
