JEANETTE BETTY - 1st Grade - Born and raised in Pocatello, Jeanette graduated from ISU in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. After graduation, Mrs. Betty was a substitute teacher with Pocatello School District #25. Mrs. Betty started with Holy Spirit as a substitute teacher, often serving as a long-term substitute. Next, she held the Title I Reading Aide position, and then became a full time First Grade teacher for the 2003/2004 school year. Since graduating from college, Jeanette has completed her Idaho Technology Portfolio Assessment, Albertson Teaching with Technology Course, and the State of Idaho Comprehensive Literacy Certification. When Mrs. Betty is not busy with her 2 daughters and young son she has taught CCD, CYO, RCIA and Vacation Bible School and serves as a Eucharistic Minister.
