DEBBY BELCHER - 3rd Grade - Mrs. Belcher is an Idaho native. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education in 1990 from ISU. She was a substitute teacher for School District #25 before coming to our school to teach 3rd grade in 1990. She was nominated for Who's Who Among Teachers in 1990 and 1999. Mrs. Belcher is a member of Alpha Delta Kappa, PAYEC and the Idaho Reading Council. She is a Certified Catechist and serves as a Eucharistic Minister for Holy Spirit Catholic Community. Mrs. Belcher earned the State of Idaho Technology Certification in the spring of 2000, and the State of Idaho Comprehensive Literacy Certification. Mrs. Belcher has raised four children and lives with her husband, Tom.
