Passions/Interests:  Middle school students inhabit a magical, mystical place.  If someone asked me when I first went into teaching if I would ever be inerested in working with middle school, I would have said, "I don't think so."  But, I must say, I find this age group to be challenging and rewarding.  They are very capable and questioning.  I love having the opportunity to guide their wandering minds in the ways of truth and light!

In my personal life, my wonderful husband of 28 years and I are almost empty-nesters!  I have two pampered, 4-legged exercise companions (whom all of my students have met).  They help me train for triathlons and cross-country ski races and keep me from missing my two college-age daughters and busy high school son as best they can.
