Nan-o-gram

I want to invite all of you to one of our favorite family evenings of the school year! Next Wednesday night, April 30th is the annual Spring Sing and Art Faire. We are tweaking the Art Faire a bit this year by showcasing our children’s creativity in the main school rather than in the gymnasium, as we did last year. The school doors will be open by 6 o’clock for you to casually meander throughout the building, enjoying our students’ artistic inspirations gallery style. Each room will focus on a different theme, and we do hope you will join us.

After your tour, we invite you to St. Anthony Chapel to listen to the entire student assembly sing their hearts out under the direction of the ever-sensational Diana Shipley. The program begins at 7 o’clock, and generally lasts about an hour.

Evenings like these are what make our school such a wonderful place for your children to be. I am proud we offer a well-rounded, meaningful education, where kids are afforded opportunities to blossom in multiple areas with all talents nurtured and celebrated.

Keep reading to your kids!

STILL NEED SERVICE HOURS?

We still need help with the Book Fair that will be held April 28-May 2.  We need help setting it up on Friday, April 25 after school, before and after school April 28 – May 2, and then take down on May 2 after school.  Sign up sheets are in the school hallway.

Also, we need a couple of parents to help put paint in painting trays.  This is not a hard task, just time consuming.  If you would like to help with either of these things, please contact Miss Polly at 232-5763.

FREE & REDUCED LUNCH APPLICATIONS

Attached to today’s newsletter is an application for Free & Reduced Lunch.  Please take a moment to complete and return it to the school office.  These applications are needed to help determine our Title 1 benefits for next year!  Even if you don’t use this program, please return this form as the formula for how much money we receive is based on the number of free and reduced lunches we serve.  Please return these applications no later than May 1.
