Happy Holidays to all our families! Where has 2007 gone? Oh well, this is a joyous time of year as we
all prepare for the coming of Jesus! Before
we send you on your way though, we wanted to remind you of a few things:
·
Laura
McKnight wanted to apologize to anyone who got mixed up with the “Christmas
Choir” practice that was supposed to be held last Monday. She does want to let everyone know that any
child who would like to sing is still welcome!
If your child would like to participate please have them at
·
Is
Santa bringing you a new gigantic flat screen TV for Christmas? If so, one of the school’s TV’s died last
week and we could really use another one, so we would be happy to take in any
of those “old fashion TV’s”!!!!
·
Yippee! No Uniform for a
Week! Wouldn’t your child(ren)
enjoy a week without wearing a uniform?
There is only one way to make sure that happens… Bring in your auction
items and/or ads by January 11th.
The classroom with the highest percentage of families participating will
be rewarded with a uniform free week.
Remember the success of the auction is dependent upon the participation
of all Holy Spirit families!
·
Don’t
forget that due to the rising cost of milk, hot lunch with milk will cost $2.25
and milk only will be .50 cents when we return from the holiday break.
·
YUMMY!! Make sure you check out the back of this
letter if you’re interested in purchasing homemade Christmas Breads from the
Franciscan Sisters. They will be taking
orders through tomorrow, Dec. 21 or you can purchase some at their Bake Sale,
Saturday, Dec. 22 from

To
all HSCS families I extend a heart felt thank-you for your participation in our
wonderful Christmas program. I am so
impressed with your children and have such a warm feeling in my heart for
them. The evening was truly magical.
Thank-you to the parents
who stepped up and helped direct “traffic” before the program - Tim
Marks, Richard Howlett, Margie Gabiola and any other parents who helped with the pre-program line-up
THANK-YOU!!! It could have been a
disaster and it wasn’t.
To the very amazing and incredible staff at HSCS: I cannot thank-you enough for your
support that you offer before these programs.
It definitely takes a village!!!
Thank-you Polly for making such beautiful program handouts! To
