School Board Representatives

  • PASTOR (non-voting)

  • PRINCIPAL (non-voting)

  • SCHOOL BOARD CHAIR

Caroline has been connected to Holy Spirit Catholic School for most of her life; her mother, Debra Reams, began teaching at the school in 1981, when she was pregnant with Caroline. Over time, Deb spent 18 years at the school, including when Mrs. Gabiola was her student teacher. Caroline followed in her footsteps and has been a teacher at American Falls High School for 20 years. Both of Caroline's boys attended Holy Spirit for 8+ years, where they received an excellent education, a strong spiritual foundation, and lots of individual support. With a master's degree in education, and a lot of love for the school, Caroline works hard to give back all that Holy Spirit Catholic School has given to her family.

  • SCHOOL BOARD VICE-CHAIR

Lizette’s journey in Catholic education began in 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Aberdeen, Idaho, where she taught catechism to students and discovered a deep desire to grow in her faith. This led her to attend ICYC (Idaho Catholic Youth Conference) multiple times, further fueling her passion for faith formation.

In 2011, she moved to Lewiston, Idaho to attend college and was warmly welcomed into All Saints Catholic Church. There, she began teaching catechism classes and working at All Saints Catholic School as a lunch duty and after-school program teacher while completing her undergraduate degree.

In 2017, she was invited to teach catechism at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pullman, Washington. It was during this time that she knew—when she had children of her own—that she wanted them to attend a Catholic school, where faith and learning go hand in hand.

After moving back to Pocatello in 2022, she discovered Holy Spirit Catholic School and knew immediately it was the right place for her family. Her son began kindergarten here in 2024, and their family have felt embraced by a truly special community. From the teachers and principal to the entire staff, Holy Spirit has become like family—and she is so grateful to call it home.

Lizette is a proud mom of two—ages 6 and 3—and both will attend Holy Spirit. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and currently works from home as a Substance Abuse Counselor. In her free time, she loves to volunteer, support others, and spend quality time with her children.

  • SECRETARY

I was delighted to be able to enroll my children into a Catholic school once moving here, which would have been financially impossible in North Carolina.  It was a special year when all five Delilo children were at Holy Spirit at the same time.  During this time, I was a member of the PTA and school board and volunteered in the cafeteria and classrooms. Holy Spirit had such a warm, welcoming, happy, family-like feel that is was truly heartbreaking when we had to leave the beloved school.  Acting as a board member is my way of giving back and continuing a relationship with the school.

  • PTC PRESIDENT

Kandy Whited has been a proud member of the HSCS community for four years, where her two daughters currently attend second and third grade. She and her husband have been married for 14 years and deeply value the strong educational foundation and close-knit, family-like atmosphere the school provides. Professionally, Kandy brings over 15 years of experience as a Lead Audit & Quality Assurance Coordinator at Enhabit Home Health. Her leadership background supports her role as PTC President and her service on the school board, where she is passionate about fostering school spirit and supporting students, staff, and families.

  • PTC VICE-PRESIDENT

Faith Wilhelmi has been an active part of the Holy Spirit Catholic School community since her children began preschool. With a background in higher education and administration, she brings strong organization, a heart for service, and a deep appreciation for Catholic education to her volunteer work. She and her husband are proud to have chosen HSCS for their daughters, who thrive in its nurturing, faith-filled environment. Faith supports the school through fundraising, community events, and PTC leadership and remains committed to its mission of academic excellence and spiritual growth.

  • PTC TREASURER

Jessica is a mother of two, Charlotte and Francis Gaylor. She is married to Dustin Gaylor. Their family has lived in Pocatello for 10 years now and have been operating their small business, Divine Window Solutions, for 7 of those years. Jessica and her family also enjoy training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Elite Jiu Jitsu Academy, one of the original BJJ schools in the area. On top of running her company and training BJJ, Jessica is passionate about being present in her children's academic atmosphere. She wants to support Holy Spirit Catholic School in any way possible. The school has truly been a blessing for nurturing Charlie's love of God and helping her excel in her academics. Jessica and her family feel that to have a culture, home, or school you love; it's up to you to show up and build it with the people around you.

She is inspired by the hard work of a dedicated staff and the many volunteers who strive to ensure Holy Spirit Catholic School forever remains a vital and expanding part of the parish and the community.
